The Geopolitical Risk and Strategy for Executives course is organized, in partnership, by the National Defence Institute and Porto Business School.

Closing an existing gap, the course presents a current framework to better understand geopolitical issues that can be the cause of success or failure of companies and organizations in different markets, and explores strategies to face global and local complexity, namely negotiation and cooperation, based on game theory.

The essential objective of the programme is to provide participants with a more complete understanding of geopolitical phenomena, impacts as diverse as defence, the environment, energy, or cyberspace and security, and tools that enable them to support and make better decisions.
