During the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the National Defence Institute organized four international conferences on EU-NATO cooperation relations, comparative experiences of CSDP missions in Africa, hybrid threats to European security, and the future Strategic Compass. These events brought together 31 speakers, 13 moderators and approximately 1.400 participants from the EU institutions and the Member States. These events resulted in four reports published in the E-Briefing Papers.
