The Institute will host the webinar "NATO Deterrence and Defence after the Ankara Summit: How Allies are Strengthening Defence" on the 10th of July.
The Ankara Summit is expected to focus on strengthening deterrence and defence, increasing defence investment and military capabilities, enhancing Allied readiness, reinforcing the responsibility of European Allies for the defence of Europe, and adapting NATO's defence posture in response to a potential rebalancing of the United States' military presence in Europe.
Taking place just two days after the NATO Summit in Ankara (7-8 July), the webinar will bring together leading national and international experts in security and defence to provide an early assessment of the Summit's outcomes and their implications for the future of the Atlantic Alliance.
