The publication of this IDN Cadernos, dedicated to the Second Atlantic Centre Seminar, aims to make public the contributions collected during the event that brought together, in Lisbon, about two dozen experts on Atlantic issues. The purpose of the seminar was to consolidate the relevance of the Atlantic Centre as a platform for cooperation in the different dimensions of security in the region, to reflect and debate recent international developments, as well as the interests of the countries that make up the Atlantic and of the multilateral organizations that operate in it.
