This IDN Cadernos No. 43 reflects the working sessions of the II National Defense Seminar, held at IDN between 26 and 27 November 2020, and which was attended by political and military decision-makers – national and foreign.
Following the lines of the previous year, the event was an opportunity to discuss the priorities of the National Defense as well as to address the challenges of European Defense, in anticipation of the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union in the first half of 2021.
