IDN issued No. 36 of the Athena Collection, entitled “Políticas Públicas e o Papel do Estado no Século XXI" ("Public Policies and the Role of the State in the 21st Century"), the result of an initiative that aimed to produce information and relevant reflection on the various areas of public policies and the role of the State in the 21st century, implemented in a cycle of public debates and specialized round tables.
