The National Defence Institute (IDN), in partnership with the European Institute (IE/FDUL), the Public Law Research Centre (CIDP/FDUL) and the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (ICJP), will organize the fourth edition of the Postgraduate Course in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights in Conflict Situations.
The course will take place between September 6th, 2021 and March 7th, 2022, on Mondays from 6:00 pm to 7:45 pm (Lisbon time) at the IDN facilities. If the number of participants allows, it can also be attended online from Porto (IDN) and Coimbra (FEUC).
The Course aims to fill a gap in the training of lawyers, diplomats, specialists from non-governmental, military and police organizations participating in international missions in areas of armed conflict, as well as journalists, civil protection technicians and members of security teams that accompanies situations of armed conflict.
