On November 18, 2020, IDN organized the Webinar “New Challenges in Civil-Military Relations”, in which changes in civil-military relations were discussed in the light of European and South American cases. Speakers were Octávio Amorim Neto, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil), Thomas Bruneau (Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey), David Pion-Berlin (University of California, Riverside), and Rebecca Schiff (World Affairs Council, Rhode Island).
The webinar had 97 participants.
